"Food was good, as always. This was my first time dining in, as I typically use the drive thru. I was shocked at the condition of the restaurant. The floor had food (fries, lettuce, crumbs, etc) and straw wrappers and used napkins under the booths. The women’s bathroom was atrocious and I will never go in there again. Toilets were dirty (blood on the seat of the commode in the handicapped stall!) and toilet paper strewn about on the floor. I know good help is hard to find but there’s no excuse for the lack of cleanliness. You’re a restaurant, not a gas station."
"The staff was beyond friendly from the moment I walked in, to the well wishes on the way out of the door. Best front of staff service I’ve seen, patient, smiling, hard to explain in a review. The food was reasonably priced and portions were generous. Very kid friendly, all kids meals come with ice cream (custard). Many of the hanging light fixtures were broken, exposing sharp glass edges."

"The prices have gone up, and the food quantity and quality have gone down. Really disappointed as this was the one fast food place I enjoyed and felt was worth the money. My Reuben sandwich tonight was on regular, small sandwich bread (not the thick nice toasty marble rye it used to be). It was much smaller than it used to be. And my basket price was nearly 11 dollars. I could easily go to a sit down restaurant and get a better meal for this price which is what I'll be doing in the future."
"I like the way Culver's brings your food to the table. When they have you a plastic number, it may give the impression that it will take awhile to get your food, but that is not the case. It was faster than other fast food restaurants I have been to lately. Restaurant was clean and workers were polite. My burger and onion rings were good, but not so fabulous that I would give it five stars. If you enjoy fast food, I would definitely stop here though."
