"This place is done. Went there Sunday 2/25 waited a long with about 10 other people for 10 minutes and no one greeted us. While we were waiting I counted 7 unbussed tables. Went to BWW and ran into almost everyone we waited with at Applebee's earlier. Probably will never go back. This is the second time this has happened."
"Wasn't to busy so not sure why actual service was so slow. Plenty of workers seemed to be standing around. After ordering, drinks & food came quickly. Said they couldn't do " upside app" but I made them. They figured it out. No one came around checking customers/tables to make sure everything was good. I always see managers going to tables at other Applebee's."
"Normally pretty good-however, my experience today was pretty bad. Ordered one of their newer chicken sandwiches through door dash and it was still raw in the middle. Unfortunately, I had eaten some of it before cutting through the thick, middle and was unpleasantly surprised at what I found. Hope I don't get sick. This has never happened to me here before so I'm hopeful it was just an unfortunate accident. Edit-1/15/24 after many attempts to contact corporate through the link they provided, no one has ever gotten back to me. So not only will they feed you raw chicken but they'll ignore you and pretend it didn't happen. Don't eat here, don't want anyone getting sick."
"Ordered burgers with waffle fries thinking it would be quick and simple. Waited quite some time for it to come out, only to be served crumbs of fries. Our server, Rose, never came to check on us once food was delivered. Poor service and the excuse was “you should’ve told me”. Sweetie you never came over and we’re not going to yell across the restaurant. An apology would’ve gone a long way."
