"This place has all the hard to find ingredients, homemade gourmet to go foods, fresh bakery, a huge variety of gluten free options & of course chocolates that are real chocolates! I love their cheese section too! So many to choose from. My kids favorite is being able to build a sub right there! And it’s so easy with the sheet that has all the options listed. Can’t wait to shop at the new location. Nice work!"

"This is a fantastic coop with a great selection of produce, dry and refrigerated good. They also make sandwiches to go. This place is a gem! Excited to see their next iteration when they move to another building nearby."

"One of my favorite places to shop... It's like a miniature Whole Foods with a friendly and helpful staff... The deli and bakery have grab-and-go meals and snacks (best brownies in town.) The produce is always fresh and beautiful (with locally grown whenever possible.) The dairy section has A2 products including two of my favorites - sheep milk yogurt and goat milk kefir... The supplement selection is excellent. They have lots of craft beers and wines, and they even have pet products... Check it out for yourself!"

"Incredibly overpriced. Sure, it's nice they participate in the SNAP Double Up program, but that only makes their fruit and veggies the same price as everyone else's, and you'd still have to drive elsewhere for affordable dairy products, meat, or bread. I've never purchased quality meat there - because it simply doesn't exist. The first time I tried to, I ended up with meat that smelled as if it'd already gone bad. The next time, the quality was so low and the fat content so high that it was unedible. In other places? Co-op doesn't necessarily mean more expensive. But it sure does here. And that is why Hancock is a food desert, and will remain one, even when they finally relocate the store downtown (and shamelessly funnel yet more MEDC grant money to Andy Lahti for construction). Hancock needs a real, affordable grocery store option downtown - just like we need real, affordable housing instead of $2400 condos- and the Keweenaw Co-Op is definitely NOT providing this."

"This is my favorite place to shop, and they have delicious soups and the deli has so many options for people who are vegan and gluten-free like me! They often have baked goods that are vegan and gluten free as well!"
