"We ordered over 800 dollars for two floral arrangements for a funeral and asked for larger than normal displays. The displays were not appropriate for the more than double price we paid! They didn't give the expected amount of flowers we paid for, all they did was add a bunch of greens to the wreath. Also, they delivered the night before the funeral service started, and the flowers were wilted and dying! Worse experience ever and waste of time and money! Do not recommend! Will never order from them again! Don't waste your time or money."

"I normally don’t do give reviews but I have to commend Evolutions. I recently placed an order to be sent to the hospital for a good friend. I chose the “evolutions design” where the florist picks the flowers and design so you don’t know what you’re paying for. Trust the process with them because they did not disappoint. The flowers brought joy to the recipient. Not only was the arrangement beautiful but we ordered the flowers at 9:30AM and they were delivered by 2:00PM. The post above was the reason we opted to go with them instead of Kruger floral for funeral arrangements. In total we ordered a casket spray along with 6-7 other arrangements. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. The flowers were delivered the day before the funeral on 11/17. When I arrived Friday evening to help set up, I could see from afar that the flowers were not up to our expectations. Right away I noticed the white roses (that we paid extra for) were already wilting. The sprays were not full. The hearts were not properly shaped. The casket spray was ok. We were truly disappointed in the quality of all the flowers and the sizes of the arrangements considering the amount we paid for them. Also, we ordered blue flowers and we got purple. If the blue flowers we paid extra for weren’t going to be able to be done, we should have been notified. Truth be told, we will not be going back when it comes to funeral items. What we ordered and what we got were not the same things. And the saddest part is there is no re-do. The flowers were even more wilted by the day of the funeral services and this was a Hmong funeral which meant it needed to last more than one day. Some people will say that the condition of the flowers were due to the weather but another family member ordered and brought one from MN and the flowers were beautiful thoughout the entire funeral. Another update: Evolution’s did contact me back and try to make it right with a very small refund. I do have to commend them for reaching out."

"I was disappointed in the flowers for my wedding. They were pretty, but they weren’t what I asked for. I requested a wildflower look, no purple, and no roses. I personally did not get a wildflower vibe from these, and I got purple and roses in my bouquet. We were also promised a “throw” bouquet to toss during the bouquet toss, and we never received one. I felt like we were mislead with the sizes of the pieces as well. The pieces we wanted for staging around the venue, and on the arch, were extremely small. I don’t think that I will be utilizing evolutions in designs service in the future."

"There’s nothing to say that hasn’t been said but every time I take someone here from out of town, they declare this ‘the coolest place on earth.’ Their floral arrangements are also unique and beautiful."

"The absolute coolest place on Earth. They decorate so eccentric if I was to put all that stuff together I would look like a hoarder, but they put it together and it looks so elegant pretty mess. At the same time strangest place I've ever been but I love it I want to order Christmas presents from there. I was visiting from Houston visiting I wish we had one of those where I live. I hope I can make online orders. I swear there was a mushroom in every room and they went so perfectly. I'm met the owner he has a beautiful mind. I'm pretty sure he plays for the other team but I'm kind of in love with him anyway. If you ever go to Wisconsin downtown ridge bluff mountain I think you must stop here. They managed to put classic vintage with cussing you out offensive but gorgeous and make no sense all together. And I want them to decorate my house just like it. You have got to stop at this place. A true bucket list situation."
