"I took a brand new bass in there that didn't have a scratch anywhere and got got back one that had the battery compartment scratched. Strings that leave my hands black and a pickup that is marred and the face of my bass is cracked. I paid 800.00 left a perfect bass there that was 3 months old and someone disassembled it. Unless you're taking garbage, and leaving it don't go to this place!"

"I walk in and I see no one. In the back was someone sitting. She said May I help you. My husband and I were just looking. I was interested in the lenses. The husband come over and we're talking about them. She never once offered any help or interest in what we were looking at. I felt like I bothered her and this was when she first opened the the store."

"Knowledgeable and friendly staff helped me out when I went in for a guitar. Had a 20% off deal on musical instruments so I couldn't pass it up! They even went the extra mile and cleaned up the case for me after purchase. Will definitely pop my head in from time to time to see what they've got."

"False information. They say they take hunting equipment. False they do not as I tried selling my Gamo swarm Maxxim G2 1300 fps pellet gun and wouldnt even look at it saying they don't take pellet guns. Last I checked it's hunting equipment. Needed help with money as now I have to walk home to get gas can to go get gas for my vehicle that ran out of gas. Couldn't even help someone hurting for money. Poor business never will be back."

"I will not suggest anyone take gold here...I went to 3 shops in the area to sell a 14k gold ring that weighed 8.8 grams, a scrap value of $249 according to several ONLINE scrap calculators, and they offered me $70 (28%). The other shops offered me closer to 50% of the scrap value. I understand they have overhead but a low ball offer like that was just insulting and suggests that they take advantage of people. So before you take gold to them to sell, do your homework and get a few offers from other area shops."
