"On July 28th 2022, my fiancee and I went to get rings here. She found one she loved AND was in her price range, she's been so happy with it. We fell behind on bills and thought we would pawn it back as a last resort, well it's labor day and this place is closed. We went to cashland instead because they're open and they were going to give us a 100 dollars until we found out it was FAKE. I WILL BE COMING HERE TOMORROW TO RETURN THIS, the man that sold it to us is there very often as well. Older gentleman with glasses. He told us it was all gold, well it's COPPER gold plated. She now feels scammed out of a 160 dollars, feels embarrassed for walking around with it on and showing it off. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow if this isn't taken care of. We are poor, we went here because WE'RE POOR."
