"Shady and team are great. Every negative review about rudeness or this team’s efficiency I couldn’t disagree more with. They are extremely busy and always nice. One time I came why they were closing, I mean they were literally walking out and they still stayed to fill my medicine. 5 Star!!"

"This is by far the worst pharmacy in the area, avoid at all costs. Constant run arounds and was extremely rude to my family trying to simply fill a prescription that the Maineville location on 48 had no issues helping with. I will be calling Kroger corporate later this afternoon."

"Has to be thee worse pharmacy in the area: whether there is a line or not you are stuck standing waiting in service. when claims are denied or do go through insurance they make the customers call. Which it's supposed to be they call. Then if you try to call your medicine in for the next day. make sure they will have to in stock for the day you are supposed to be the other way around. Shady the pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Just a horrible, no customer service pharmacy."

"As a pharmacist myself this is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is slow. They tell you something is ready when it’s not. The time they provide for filling is crazy long and unreasonable. Never apologizing. The most I get is “I’m just filling in” , and “this isn’t my store.” Such a disappointment. Do not get your prescriptions here. If you can avoid it."

"Was just at this Kroger Pharmacy for the 5TH time for the same prescription after being told all 5 times it was ready. The person working the desk found my frustration amusing. This is a medication for Post Traumatic Stress from the USMS I have now been without for 11 days. I tried to explain how important it was and unacceptable and he literally laughed at me at said it would be 30 minutes. Instead of going to the VA I choose to pay cash to get this as it is hard to get to Cincinnati just for regular meds. I guess if my health is that obviously unimportant I will go elsewhere"
