The Little Clinic

"Visited the Maineville Kroger Little Clinic today for treatment. The symptoms of my issue were clear, but the nurse practitioner was dismissive of my concern and provided no medication or treatment. I was able to get to my regular doctor later in the day - and deliberately did not mention the details of my Little Clinic experience. The doctor immediately recognized that I needed treatment and prescribed appropriate medication. I’ve previously had better luck with the Maineville Kroger Little Clinic, but judging by this experience (and the other multiple negative reviews), the level of quality has gone WAY down. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"We had an appointment scheduled at 2:15 at the Maineville location. We received a text from them saying it had been moved to 2:30. We get there early and wait to go in. We go to check in at 2:25 like it said to and the lady at the front desk asked us if we had an appointment. We did and she says that she just cancelled the appointment. When asked why she did that she said that the appointment was at 2:15. We tried to show her the text and she said that she didn't care. She was extremely rude and would not look at the text. She wouldn't give us her name to give corporate when we called them. She wouldn't even give us corporates number. She gave us the clinics number and when called she answered. She was very unprofessional and rude. She giggled and smirked the entire time I tried to talk to her. She was very argumentative. We will no longer deal with any kroger minute clinic. After we found the number to call ourselves, we called corporate and they say that they can take the 20 dollar fee off that's now charged for no shows and reschedule the appointment. I absolutely do not think so!! They are aweful!!"

"I was at my appointment only 5 minutes late, and I was told that my appointment had been canceled. The front desk person was extremely unfriendly, lacked empathy for my health and did not provide any solutions. I felt like she may as well have said "I don't care". Extremely disappointed, and first time with such a negative experience."

"I know there is a lot of bad reviews about this place but honestly I have never had any issues. I was here yesterday because I have been battling a horrible cold and my ears were hurting and I knew I probably needed an antibiotic. I got in the room and they did their examination just like my family doctor would and checked all the same things. I got diagnosed with an ear infection and got my antibiotics filled at the pharmacy. It took a total of about 20 minutes and I was back home in my pjs and I already feel better today. If I would of tried to get into my family doctor for a sick visit it would have taken a day or maybe even 2. I’ve been here about 3 other times before in the last couple years and all of my experiences have been like this one so I can’t recommend them enough."
