"I’ve always had a good experience here despite being understaffed and always pretty busy. They do a great job. One time I didn’t have money for my prescription which is has extreme withdrawal effects when you don’t take it every day, and someone helped me pay for it as I had just lost my insurance and didn’t know how much it would be. I think about that day all the time, I went into my car and cried because I was having a really hard time and that amount of kindness really took me back. It’s hard for me to be emotional so I’m not sure if I even conveyed how grateful I was to her in person with my anxiety raging lol. If you still work there and remember me please know you made a huge impact in a positive way for my mental health. Thank you so much!"

"I dropped off a paper prescription on Monday knowing I did not need it right away. I went back to pick it up on Friday. I was told the script was not ready and they needed to call the doctor. I waited and waited and left without the script. I went back Sunday when I was out. The script was still not ready. Again I was told they need to call the doctor. The pharmacist told me it was my job to check the script and make sure it is right. When I spoke to the manager she assured me that the pharmacist was sweet and she would never tell me it is my job to check the script. I called the doctor to see what the issue was and the doctor has no record of the pharmacy calling. Do not rely on the text message telling you when the script is ready. I get those them a few days after I pick up a script."
