"I absolutely hate this location. There are a few good people there who actually have customer service skills. However, there are a lot of them who are very dismissive and have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I can’t count the times I’ve been at the window, waiting to be acknowledged, as three to four different people walk by the window and won’t even give eye contact and/or just acknowledge that I’m there. I just drove off today, because I was and am just fed up with this CVS and its lack of customer service skills. I also can’t count the numerous times I’ve been told that my prescription was ready or would be ready, and it never was, even after multiple visits. There is always a line, and they are always super slow. Just do better. I’m switching pharmacies tomorrow. Again, I hate this location."

"Time and time again coming here to get a prescription filled takes FOREVER! Even when they expedite it still can take multiple hours. When my doctor calls in the prescription, a lot of times they don't even have it ready until the next day, completely ridiculous!!! I suggest going to Kroger or some place else to have your prescriptions filled."

"Dont go around them, they are rude, ignoring your concern and talks, confused and charging you maybe 3 times than what you must pay. The medicine dosage are not provided appropriately as they are always are out of medicine and takes 3 to 4 trips to go explain them, maybe it gets fixed or not! you can get the chance and give yourself headache to prove it to yourself"

"This CVS took over 10 hours to fill 4 prescriptions. Prescriptions were called in at 9am. When I arrived to pick them up at 12 they were not ready. Was told they would be ready in 2 hours and we would be notified. By 6pm they were not ready and was on hold to get information for 40 minutes to be told they would be ready at 7pm. Totally unacceptable for people who need their medication."

"If you're having issues with appointments they're extremely rude and unhelpful, made a minute clinic appointment, NO STAFF at the clinic at all just a kiosk, when I couldn't get the kiosk to find my appointment I tried to get help from the pharmacy and the woman told me she couldn't help me and I'd have to figure it out but there wasn't a way for me to figure it out without a person helping. Super rude and embarrassing when it shouldn't have been a problem. Don't come here."
