Kroger Pharmacy

"This is the WORST pharmacy ever! Save yourself the trouble, and possibly your life! First of all, I ended up having to go to the hospital because their “ system “ Doesn’t communicate properly with insurance companies, according to their pharmacist that I spoke with on the phone. I was told that it tells insurance companies that you have already picked up the prescription, and it causes you to have to get a pre authorization. I was suffering from a violent stomach bug in both ways and was severely dehydrated and in pain. I had to go to the hospital because their “ system” is inept, just like Patton! My other prescription I’ve been trying to get for weeks, I keep being told I need a prior authorization as well! I have FINALLY got thru to them that I understand this, I am paying myself for it! I came again on sat before Easter 2023, I was told by Patton that my script needed to be ordered in and would be in on Monday. I showed up at 7:15 on Monday evening and was informed by Ray that it in fact was never ordered by Patton , which didn’t surprise me! I have FINALLY got my account transferred to another Kroger pharmacy with intelligence! I 10/10 DON’T RECOMMEND THE PHARMACY! I’d give negative stars if I could!"

"Been here three times. All three times horrible experience. Idk if the fat bald pharmacist is new, buy he needs replaced. Dudes always standing around, and they say it's not ready when you get there. The medication we pick up here comes with withdraw when not taken as prescribed. And we have waited days to the point of not having anymore due to them taking 2 days to fill a script that would be filled in a few hrs anywhere else. FIX THE PROBLEM CORPORATE!!!"

"This pharmacy has gone down hill in the last 6 months, I’ve used this pharmacy for a few years now. But now they are so under staffed sometimes they are not even open or they are open and have two people working so drive through is closed and the line inside is lined up out the door. If your Dr calls in a prescription it takes them 4 days to fill it you never know if it’s filled or not because they don’t send texts anymore and they don’t answer the phone. I started using Kroger because of the 50 fuel points per 30 day prescription but they lowered that down so it’s not even worth messing with Krogers mess of a pharmacy anymore."

"Haley, Pharmacy Tech, Corey, Pharmacist and Ray, Pharmacy Tech are amazing to work with. They are always kind, helpful, courteous and treats you with much respect. Those are great qualities to have and I would HIGHLY recommend this Pharmacy to anyone!!!!!"
