"I've had a great experience with multiple prescriptions at Matrix. My other big box pharmacy couldn't turn certain prescription around like Matrix. Wveryonenwas knowledgeable and friendly, and delivery was to my door and FAST! Highly reccomended!"

"Maria, the manager at Matrix Pharmacy, was extremely helpful when the courier sent my prescription to the wrong address because my address was listed incorrectly in their system. I messaged Matrix on a Saturday morning about the mistake, and Maria directly messaged me only one hour later. She apologized, corrected my address in their system, and sent out another delivery. I genuinely appreciated her quick and personal customer service, and I did not expect them to message back on a weekend. I appreciated that I didn't have to go through automated machines or wait until the following week to hear back. At this point, I don't even care that my prescription was mistakenly delivered, since Maria and Matrix resolved the issue so quickly and was so kind about everything. Thank you, Maria and Matrix!"

"It has now been numerous times where they have been delayed in delivering my prescription on time after my dermatologist has put the request in. They called me once without leaving a message to let me know my insurance needed updating, but didn't think to follow up again until I called them 3 days later wondering where it was. They have gotten my delivery address wrong/sent the order to the wrong place. I've received incorrect communication by different individuals on a ETA for my prescription, leading to almost 2 weeks for it being delivered post-dermatologist order. I would not recommend choosing them, and if my prescription wouldn't be coming to an end here soon I certainly would hope there is a better service provider in the industry."

"What an amazing pharmacy with a great team, including Maria :) I am a new "patient" thanks to my dermatologist, and i will be switching all my medication over to this pharmacy from CVS. they are thorough, thoughtful, quick, and all the positive things you'd dream to have from a pharmacy but never have received before. I had an issue getting a new medication approved by my insurance/doctor. they kept me updated the entire process, then approved me after close, and then dropped off my medication to my home from a wonderful employee on his way home. Maria and team knew how excited/needy I was to start the process and boy did they deliver. I am so so thankful. thanks team! I appreciate you and will shout it to anyone who will listen ! :)"

"I would give more of a 2.5 to be perfectly honest at this time. Normally it would have been a 5 star since they had speedy delivery and the prices were reasonable. However, they accidently delivered my medication to an old address even though I had updated it online. They initially answered me rather quickly which I appreciated but since then I haven't had an email back and I've sent three. We finally got into contact with the new occupants of the old address it was sent to but they opened my package which now makes me feel rather uneasy about tampering and about my privacy. Would really appreciate a response back."
