"Terrible service at this Walgreens pharmacy. We made appointments for vaccines in advance. Arrived before our appointment and checked in, and then waited for 45 minutes. We then found out that they didn’t have the vaccine we needed in stock. Why when we made our appointment did they not inform us? Why when we checked in did they not inform us? What a waste of time. We watched 4 people before us leave the pharmacy area frustrated as well for similar reasons - they didn’t have the thing they had made the appointment for. The staff there complained of being “slammed” but we really didn’t see any reason we had to wait 45 minutes to learn they didn’t have the vaccine we needed. They should have informed us when they checked us in and took our insurance information. I’d avoid this location if I were you."
