The program taught me that when I eat food it is to provide nutrients to ever cell in my body so as to allow it to function at it’s best. This has made me very intentional with what I eat and how it affects my body. I now eat only when am physically hungry. I prioritize protein at every meal and snack because I now know that will keep me satiated for a longer period of time. "I don't think I've ever written a Google review in my life, but felt compelled to today. We drove almost 40 min this afternoon to the pharmacy to get my newly-turned-3-year-old his bivalent booster. I was pleasantly shocked to walk in and find everyone masked. Taylor did not bat an eye when I said my son has special needs and would likely be difficult to vax; she just reassured me we would absolutely get it done... and she did, so quickly and easily! She and Kayla could not have been more patient, loving, kind, gentle, and efficient. We were so touched at how much compassion they showed us and our little guy.
