"I asked if my doctor had called in a prescription and was told no. I called my doctor’s office and was told they had, in fact, called it in and gave me the date and time. When I called the pharmacy back and asked her to recheck, she came back on the line saying it was out of stock. I asked if she found the prescription and she said she had. Couldn’t you have checked the first time I called? Lazy and rude."
