"Thought highly of the place when it was The Equipment Store. Since changing hands service isn't what it was. They post their hours on their website but don't count on it being accurate. They close on a whim. I went in on a Saturday to get parts and oil for our Kubota and the store was closed. On the front door it said they were open until 3pm however when I arrived at 2pm they were closed. That's lousy business practice."

"I'm given this place a 1 because I have to, to give a review.I bought a tractor from this place. The salesman that sold the tractor to us supposidly was fired and they had no clue who he sold the tractor to until I made my first payment. I was told I had bumper to bumper insurance on this tractor in case something went wrong. Well the transmission went out it within a year of buying. I called for them to pick it up to be fixed in April it is now October and they still have it. My bill is 9,600.00 and guess what I was told the insurance only covers acidents like roll overs. Ok it was under a year so manufacturers warranty should cover it. NO Kubota is refusing to stand by there warranty. They said we did read the owners manual on how to run it. It's a hydrostate forward and backward pedals how can ya mess that up! Well I contacted a attorney to be continued. And also I have not received 1 phone call related to this. I have made all contact."

"First, They did not have a record of our merchandise being there when we stopped by to inquire when it would be fixed. We were told Tuesday. Stopped Tuesday, not fixed. We stopped by following Sat. .not done. Told to come back following tuesday, still not fixed. Shouuld have been a 30 minute job, they had it 3 weeks and still not repaired. S l o w and not organized friendly peeps."
