"We financed a bed frame that broke on us. My fiance was pregnant. They replaced it, but the metal was so cheap that it bends just laying on it. The second one did the same thing. We had to stop using it before it hurt us, or our 2 day old daughter... We called and we're told we could swap to another one, but immediately the next business day they came and picked up the frame for non payment. I'm really confused as to how this even happened. DONT GET ME WRONG. Tyler was always super nice to us and honestly the rest of the staff too! But I guess it's hard to stand behind products "Made in China" idk . . . What have have spent total by now we could have owned a solid one by now and still have it. I'd only go here if you're in an absolutely terrible pinch. Well excuse me, back to my mattress on the floor."
"When I needed a lift chair for my mom after her hip replacement surgery Daveina was super helpful and friendly. She worked quickly to have it at my house before my mom was discharged from the hospital and went above and beyond. Every employ I encountered was so nice and helpful!"
