"I paid over 28k for a Ford Transit Van in December and 2 months later not even the end of February I was diagnosed with a bad transmission, to which I was told I didn’t have a warranty and it was as is, 30000 and the transmission goes out in 2 months, they could of atleast offered a discount on repairs, I never bought anything vegans had the transmission go out in 60 days or bless it was already damaged"

"The oil change was fine. I have a concern with my truck and I have brought it to the dealership attention both times I have been there, the control screen and back up camera blink over and over again in cold weather, even after I turn the truck off. The camera is terrible at night, all fuzzy and blurry, and the screen is blinking in the cold. This last cold spell I started the truck to warm up and after 5 minutes the radio came on full blast...I could hear it 50 yards away. It hasn't been looked at, but something is faulty and nothing is being done to correct it."

Would you want to buy a car the Marlboro man just hung out in? Only two windows were down, so I went to the dealership and informed the dealer principal of what occurred here here are his quotes. “Do you work here?”Nope! But I have bought a car here when it was under amazing management, and a sales team that was replaced every few months creating no longevity or familiar faces. “He was just taking it to show his wife”. I didn’t ask, why are you giving this up freely? And finally the last one “What concern is it of yours?” Well, plenty this guy is clearly damaging your property and you don’t care, why care? Three managers in four years, why care?"

"I went in a couple weeks ago to look at a used 22 Silverado and I was very impressed with the sales staff. Bart was excellent! He walked us through everything and was very entertaining to talk to when waiting on finance to get done with other customers. Jacob the manager set us up with a great deal on the truck as well and made us feel very welcome. Fantastic experience all around!"
