"The most disrespectful rip off I've ever come across. This guy is trying to charge me 120 dollars for one hour of labor on a task that takes not even a full hour. The parts involved were less than 20 bucks and the employee was so baffled I was confused why it was so expensive that he openly mocked me to his coworker while I was there. The business itself looks rundown and abandoned with hardly any care into their appearance. Also the same day I take my truck to their shop my alternator suddenly stops working altogether? I'm suspecting they tampered with my engine after I declared I would go somewhere else for my needs."

"August had issues with either the blower fan or resistor not working. He replaced fan because he said it was cheaper that was $350. November 20th it stopped working no heat! Called he said I can't get you in until December 1st. Take in and get the resistor changed for $195. I am still not sure why he didn't change the resistor first because the fan would work but I had to fiddle with the settings and what not. December 11th No heat AGAIN. Went straight to his shop instead of work that and waited for his shop to open. He said he couldn't see me for about another 9 days took it to another shop right down the street in tears because I have a son and this is my only means of transportation and I can't defrost my windows I can't heat my truck nothing and this other shop owner was like this guy's not going to take you as a priority like he did the work and he's not even going to just check to see if it's a wiring harness or you know the wires are loose. sure enough it was the harness loose but he was going to make me wait 9 days. I'll never go back"

"My son was looking for a new mechanic to work on his high performance car. Someone had told me that Ron was very reasonable, trustworthy and good. Dropped his car off in the morning was diagnosed and finished by days end. $"

"I cannot speak highly enough about these guys. Ron runs an amazing shop here! He's a man of few words, but he's honest, to the point, and only does what you need. I would always trust him to work on my cars. I wish he would open up a second location in Columbus that followed his same principles - until then, I will be happy to drive to Marysville to give him my business."
