"I placed a phone order for flowers on 3/24 and the person I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They were delivered the next day to a residential care/rehab facility. I haven’t seen them (or a photo) but the recipient raved about how beautiful the arrangement was. She said the reception desk did also. It can be very hard to order something like this and know you are getting something nice. Thank You Window Box!"
"My husband sent flowers to me at work. They were red roses with some taller blueish blossoms and white filler. The bouquet should have been beautiful but the ends of the blueish flowers were droopy and dried looking. Looked like they'd been frozen maybe. The happy anniversary balloon had some kind of stick-on letters and reminded me of a child's work. They were also delivered with bright orange tissue paper. It was quite a colorful bouquet. Not a great reflection of their work though. . . My husband is wonderful and thoughtful. This florist is not."
