"My car broke down right outside their business, fortunately. I'm very glad it did because the experience was far better than other car places. Art provided excellent customer service and it was refreshing to not experience any sexism or overcharging. Art and the other employees are good people. I was hoping to at least get a recommendation for a repair place and tow but they offered to take a look, exceeding my expectations. They explained what happened and physically showed me as they looked. They explained it in a way I could easily understand and at no point did I feel pressured to get the repair done here. Art was very non pushy and respected me making a call to get another opinion. The inside is a bit eclectic, but don't let that deter you. I was very happy with my experience here and highly recommend this affordable business full of kind, knowledgeable people."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS Sold me a $2000+ engine that was left out in the rain and water seeped in. They ran the engine WITH the diluted oil and before I bought it and claimed the engine ran ok. I replaced the headgasket, a $500 job that THEY should've done. Giant then reimbursed me $271 (payed $229 to fix THEIR broken engine) but the engine fails immediately after installation. Went back to return the engine, but Giant claimed it wasn't theirs and they weren't going to refund me my money. After threatening to take them to court, they cooperate. The guy then tries to say the $271 was an adjustment from the original price and not a reimbursement for the head gasket job claiming that there was nothing wrong with the engine in the first place, but that my mechanic just wanted to "have a look" at the headgasket. After flipping out on this guy, he finally pays me back my money. This guy is an absolute snake and the place is a complete dump. The staff were rude and acted like they didn't want to be there or didn't care either. Avoid this place entirely."

"Gave me the wrong part, tried to blame it one me, and refused to give me my "core charge" back for the trouble of having to make a fourth trip there. Incompetence and poor customer service. It would have been better to drive further away and get it done right the first time. Go anywhere else, absolutely TERRIBLE!"

"I've been a customer nearly 40 years.. These folks are very customer friendly.. I have always saved money on repairs here and saved a lot on parts I needed for easy to install parts as well too !!! About any review(s) you may see about cash up front, this is standard upfront practice in any retail business.. This practice is set to help stop unneeded parts... Think about it, chasing after parts is not cheap, period !!!"
