The floral arrangement arrived on the desired date (Dec. 22) and was absolutely beautiful! My Mom was so pleased and so was I. The arrangement was full and fresh, with little decorative touches throughout. This was my first time ordering from JDL and will not be the last. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"

"There is no voicemail to leave a message and 9 times out of 10 no one picked up the phone. I ordered flowers on their website and the following day confirmed after a dozen unsuccessful calls that the order was received, and I was told the arrangement would leave the shop by 3pm. The third day comes and goes.. there was never a delivery or a way to get in touch with anyone about it. Most unprofessional florist experience I've ever had."
