"I’d been going to Morrison’s since the late ‘70’s, so imagine my surprise when I was told he couldn’t replace the power cord to my vacuum “without opening it up”. Really?! I don’t know how I’ve lived so many decades without realizing that wasn’t in a vacuum repairman’s line of expertise, despite similar past repair work. Don’t waste your time."
