"Extremely helpful professional kind and loving efficient the nice gentleman from inside was even helping me with advice as we both walked out the door and he was like 20 ft away he still was talking to me I was talking to him it was great very nice people. One more thing this isn't a complaint so don't get the wrong idea but this is for Google cuz I'm sure there's a professional team that will look this message over and they will see this feedback please note that when I was on my way to go back to get the core charge for the battery it kept taking me, I mean the GPS it kept taking me to a bridge which Kirk battery was right below the bridge so I had to go a certain way to get there it's very important that you look into that because it took me quite some time maybe 15 minutes to actually maybe 20 to actually get there because I went way back in between these buildings and the factory and it was just a circle dead end once again I'm not complaining I'm communicating so please note this check into it and ill think of some more feedback to let you all know thank you for the opportunity and just one more thing, it's important as was a rebuilt battery that was put into my mom's car it was only 45 bucks with a core charge of $15 to take the old battery back though get the 15 which leaves only spending $45 for a battery that's not bad at all in the car ( IS ) running great I think that's actually important feedback as well. One more thing to add I do try to speak to the phone voice text so there may be some things that are not exactly professionally correct I apologize shouldn't be anything inappropriate but I just want to let you know this,"
