"I had my tires replaced at Flat Tire Auto Service earlier this year. The tires were used, and the owner sold them to me as being high-quality. He told me that they were worth so much more than what I paid for them. However, I've been having some serious problems with the tires. They're starting to wear out prematurely, and they're having track issues. I've taken my car back to the shop several times, but the owner has been very dismissive of my concerns. He keeps telling me that the tires are fine, and that I'm just not used to driving on used tires. But I know that's not the case. I've had used tires before, and they've never had these problems. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received from Flat Tire Auto Service. I feel like I was misled about the quality of the tires, and now I'm stuck with a set of tires that are not safe to drive on. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. If you're looking for used tires, I would suggest going somewhere else. ========= Update: I am disappointed that my concerns were not taken seriously. I feel like I was dismissed and not given the opportunity to have my car properly inspected. I hope that you will take this feedback into consideration and improve the way you handle customer complaints in the future."

"I ran over a piece of steel on the freeway. It punched a huge hole in my tire. I went to three different places looking for a 275 60 20 tire for my truck. I couldn't find one. Finally I looked on Google and found flat tire Auto service. Thank God. They had my tire and the price was incredible! They had me in and out in 15 minutes. The guy that did the work I think he's the owner is a really nice guy. And it was very inexpensive as compared to other tire shops. I will be going back and sending all my friends there."

"Excellent service and fast. Very polite, straight forward, honest, and always smiling. You can call in, ask for Rick, for your tire size. My SUV needed 255/55R18 tires, asked a few shops no luck, and found it here. Rick quoted me on the phone - final cost out of pocket. We stopped in and they worked on my car right away. Their shop looks simple and bland but run by good people. Please check other feedbacks see what they said. Highly recommended. Great job Rick."
