"I’m only leaving 4 stars due to Jerrel ( I believe that’s how you spell his name) . What a knowledge caring polite helpful employee. Genuinely cares for his customers. THE MANAGER ON THE OTHER HAND == rude , yelling at his employees, and get this .. trying to charge me $200 on a battery that was still under warranty.. I call that a thief !! Not sure how he has the tittle “manager” Thanks to myself remembering and Jerrel double checking the date on the battery I didn’t have to pay. Now that’s what a manager should look like !! Thank you Jerrel (sorry if I misspelled the name)"
"Nothing like changing your oil for $30 vs $120"
"This location is the worst. The manager's attitude is horrible to customers and staff. I needed to have a diagnostic done on my SUV because my battery light popped on and then all of the notifications lights popped up on rhe dashboard. This store was closed in the area I was in, she gave me a battery because it's still under warranty. She claimed that she couldn't change the battery and when I asked about one of the two male staff if they could change it she stated that there was only one and that he was new and didn't know how. Thank goodness my dad was with me because I was bringing him back from his doctor's appointment from the VA and he put it on. She didn't want to give him the tools that he needed to change the battery but eventually did. No one came out to check to see if everything was in properly or due a diagnostic. This store is horrible."
"The AutoZone on Superior avenue it's one of my most visited auto parts stores. Great staff very helpful. If you go in looking for anything for your vehicle ask for Eric AKA (E), Nikki which is an awesome woman very helpful and kind down to earth and very knowledgeable of her part's and vehicles, and last but not least my homeboy Marcus. If they don't have what you're looking for they will help you find it. Overall great store shop at."
