"Worked with a woman this morning picked out flowers and ribbon for flowers for homecoming. For CHILDREN. The woman told me she had a bridal party coming in and she would be tied up until 230 it would take her a little bit to finish so come back at 3 and their flowers would be ready. I got back at 255 and waited until almost 330. I called and waited but the woman never came back. These were for kids she never should have told me to come back if she was going to do this. Thank God for hirtz in strongsville they saved the day for the kiddos. I will never ever go back here and I highly disagree with this woman's morals. Disgusted!"
