"My husband called a number he believed was Flowerama in Lorain and ordered an arrangement of roses ferns carnations and another filler flowers. With this arrangement he also ordered a small birthday balloon that you can get at the dollar store and a bear that looks like it came from Temu for 2.00 or less. There were 9 roses in this 160.00 arrangement and all of them wilted within three days and petals fell off on the fourth day. The ferns were dead because they were cut too short and couldn't reach the water in the vase. I called this florist and got a third party answering service lady who sounded like she was from India. When I asked how I got her when the number was supposed to be directly to Puskas Family Flowers she stammered and said she was an at home answering service. Someone is scamming people."
"After ordering $125 of flowers on door dash, for my daughters school dance. Got a text confirming that Puskas confirmed my order. Wait time was 72 minutes. The driver gets there and to pick up the order and it was cancelled at that same minute. Which is complete garbage now my daughter has no flowers.. I understand they close at 2 but why would you confirm the order if you couldn’t complete it. And of course no one is there to answer the phones. I will not be going to Puskas.. ruined the whole night so thank you"
"What a great experience with a new business. We normally go through Puffers, but we needed flowers later in the day (after they had closed.) We gave Puskas a try, and were very pleased. They were able to deliver same day, and the arrangement was beautiful."
