"BEWARE! If you have expensive jewelry or watches, do not bring them here. My father brought an expensive watch here that my brother gave him from overseas, many years ago. He just needed a pin on the band to be fixed. For three weeks my father came back asking if it had been fixed, and he was told no, this or that part needed to be ordered, etc. The last time my father came in asking about the watch, he was told that the watch could not be found."

"My ring was not fixed he lied and said he replaced my diamonds. His wife took my old ring I purchased the same ring she said she would use my old ring to replace diamonds if I lost any this was a con game this was my wedding ring this is heartbreaking they do not want to help me this has caused me so much pain and suffering it caused me to have a nervous breakdown! I will never go back again!"
"Horrible!!!! Took my ring in to be fixed and it was a ruby with diamonds around it they stole my diamonds and replace my Ruby’s with fake ones. Please don’t take your jewelry here they will replace your diamonds with FAKE diamonds. Such a RIP OFF!!! Please don’t ever go here."
"TERRIBLE!!!!! My fiancé then boyfriend at the time had brought an engagement ring to them to get it resized. after having it for about a week or two I noticed that there was a crack in the metal and it had broken open after wearing it for that short time period. We took it back to them so they can fix their mistake in to reshape the ring because it was also bet they refuse to and I had to take it somewhere else to have the proper repairs done"
