"Went to this Clair’s in March of 2023 and honestly they had NOTHING there…and I really wanted to purchase something, anything…just something I at least kinda liked and alas, I found a pair or two of the ONLY earrings in the entire store that I liked and immediately snatched them up for purchase. When I got home to try them on I realized they were clip on earrings. Clip ons?!?!? Are you kidding me??? Who the heck still wears clip ons and they are VERY painful on the ears. Of course there was no pierced option of the same kind. I use to like this store but as life would have it, things change. Oh yeah, both pairs broke in less than 2 months and the price is not as cheap as the earrings. No discount for purchasing 3 pairs."

"I actually got my ears pierced today. The employees were so amazing. The equipment was cleaned in front of me and she took the time to make sure that everything was lined up. She also gave me clear instructions on how to clean them. If you wanna just do it, do it."
"I went in the store on May 24, 2017, I walked in and the lady that was working there never greeted me, she never asked me if I needed help with anything she proceeded to put the jewelry back on the rack. As I am still looking at earrings I WAS going to purchase I noticed she was standing behind me just watching me as if I was going to steal something. I immediately put back what I had planned on purchasing and left the store. I WILL NEVER GO IN THAT CLAIRE'S AGAIN. SHE MADE ME FEEL VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! On top of that I had a VS bag in my hand so I CLEARLY was not trying to steal. And I will be sure to post this on both of my Facebook Accounts so that people know not to shop there!"
