"I have a watch that means a lot to me that needed fixed up. It needed a new leather band and battery. The gentleman behind the counter helping me was excellent. He took care of me right away and helped me find the perfect band and color and spent his time going through all the options with me to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The turnaround time was super quick only being 2 or 3 days. The price was very reasonable too. I know this is not how Stadler's makes the big bills but the amount of attention to detail and help I received while I was there for something as small as a watch band was truly remarkable. I will definitely go back if I need anything jewelry related. Thanks again Stadler's!"

"I stopped by on 10/9 to have my watch battery changed. I was in town visiting a friend, and was headed back to Chicago. My watch battery was changed within a half hour, and pressure tested, after I’d first been told that I’d have to leave the watch overnight. Fantastic service!"

"Unfortunately Stadlers has lost a customer! I’ve purchased and had many things engraved there. Brought something in to get engraved today and the employee tells me they do not engrave unless the product is bought from them. I ask if that’s a new change in their policy as I said I’ve had many done in the past. He ignores my question and repeats they do not engrave unless the product is bought from them. I get changes but please work on those people skills. Response to the owner below: I am most certainly a female, the person who helped me was definitely a male. Your response to this review goes to show the customer service you have that I highlighted in my review. You sound insane. I doubt you’ve had many customers with the first name ‘Matina’. You engraved my husbands wedding ring. So so sad. Good day."

He never made us feel rushed or like any question was a bad one. He also cleaned up some of my cheaper jewelry, which was super appreciated.
