Does all the sales, service calls, and part runs alone. If he missed you he was probably out helping someone else. Greg is a super friendly and nice guy, would bend over backwards to help you out even if he gets no benefits from it. I have done business with him since he was located in Lawrenceburg. So if you missed him and are judging him on that one experience then you are really missing out on a great appliance and a great show of true customer service. He even came and helped me move my washer and dryer from one apartment to another effortlessly. I can't say enough good things about this shop and the owner. So be patient if he missed you, he is very busy making maintenance calls since he doesn't just sell appliances he tries to help as many people as possible, by sharing his knowledge of these machines and going to their house and fixing them at a reasonable price.
