"I originally tried to go to the Fort Wright Kentucky store when I was over there and got there at 1 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday and nobody was there. I didn’t proceeded to call this store thinking I would stop on my way home called 10 times between 1 o’clock and 230 and no answer so I’m assuming there’s nobody there either. Tried to contact her corporate office and got cut off twice. Great customer service."
"Ignorant customer service. The clerk would not price match from BestBuy because he said the item didn't say "shipped and sold by bestbuy" Bestbuy does not have 3rd party vendors selling on their website, all of there products online are shipped and sold by bestbuy. I explained this and he didn't care. I will not be returning to this store. This is a perfect example why storefronts are not able to stay competitive with online retailers."
