"Ordered a full breakline kit for my 06 zx6r, front breaklines were not properly fittet for the model and the rear breaklines broke after 5 months of normal road use. Their "life time" warranty does not cover the poor quality of the product. for your own safety don't buy break lines from this company."
"first off i wanna say thank you too Brian Hart! he was super awesome and his customer service was top notch he helped me through everything to get my custom brake line ordered, i was surprised how easy and affordable it was compared to what i thought it was going to be to get something “custom”which is awesome because i was in a little shamble when after putting new aftermarket pieces on one line was WAY to tight, i called wednesday morning and they got it shipped out same day ! super awesome to know that i just call for stuff like that to my personal needs and they tailor for ANYONES needs with brake lines, after knowing only 7 employees work there im astonished the quality and product and service you guys provide ! can’t wait to get this new line fitted this weekend!"
"I've ordered custom brake lines for several different custom projects & bikes over the last several years (most recently a Yamaha Raider & Strat). These folks have been AWESOME in helping me come up with the lengths & fittings I need. I've worked specifically with Brian each time, but all the other staff with whom I've spoken are also super friendly, knowledgeable, diligent & proactive in ensuring I'm ordering the correct parts. Separate from that, the product itself is of superb quality & I absolutely love the ability to rotate the fittings! As long as they exist, I'll keep coming back to Spiegler for all future brake line needs. PS: I've also purchased Motogadget items (which are also in their catalog) with which I've also been super satisfied."
"I recently purchased brake lines for my Kawasaki Ninja. When I went to put them on the bike I noticed that they weren't the right ones. It was then I realized that I had ordered the wrong ones. I contacted them and they were very gracious to make the right ones for the bike. Charlie, Paul and The Owner were great to talk with and make everything right for me. I recommend them highly!"
