"Call for an emergency no heat furnace on 1-13-24. They said the have some out I called them ar 645 am recieved a call at 810am saying the could not get to me until Monday when the temp was 20 degree outside. They should have told me when I first call lost a lost time and more heat. The guy that call act like he did care. Shame I used the in the past won't use the again."

"First, and very important to us, DeLong Air came highly recommended to us from our neighbor. Jeff (the service technician) was prompt, friendly, courteous, professional, and straight forward. He answered our questions without pause. Unfortunately we have to replace one of the furnaces. Ted was here today and provided us with great options, fair pricing (and didn't try to pressure or "oversell" us), great financing options, and answered all of our questions. Again, we were met with the same high standards of customer service... prompt, friendly, courteous, professional and straight forward. We would highly recommend DeLong Air! Follow up: We purchased the Annual Service Contract so Jeff was out to perform a seasonal check on everything. He also checked out an old thermostat that apparently isn't properly wired, as on FAN ONLY, it was kicking the AC on. Jeff provided us with an estimate to have it changed out. That service is yet to be scheduled. Once again, Jeff provided excellent service!"
