"A sensor went bad on my truck and I was told over the phone that it would be 2.5hr install and to drop it off at 8:20am.. I drop it off, waited about 4 hours and called to check on the status of my truck. Tracy tells me that the tech was on lunch and she would call me back in 15-20 minutes. I get a call back from Tracy about 2hrs later (6hrs after I dropped it off) telling me that the tech is about to start the diagnosing.. So what was supposed to be 2.5hrs has turned into 6hrs, and they havent even started the diagnosis yet. If you need work done on your chevy in a timely manner, id strongly suggest not taking it to them. Editing for an update:I brought in the sensor, told them what was wrong with it, it took them 2 days to "diagnose" and then charged me 490 bucks to install a 20 dollar sensor. DO NOT USE WHITE ALLEN."
