"Dissatisfied. Watch battery lasted 6 months. Paid $10 apiece to have 2 charms on a bracelet permanently affixed. All they did was pinch the ring on the one I had that had fallen off. Did nothing to the other one. I asked to have them soldered. They did not. The one they repaired has already come off. Total ripoff. No more business from me."
