"Listen here, if you own and drive a Ford, regardless of the model or year, I highly recommend for you all to bring your vehicle here at Chapman Ford. The personnel that works there fine people who understands customer service and what the customer needs. The service manager, is very knowledgeable, professional and cares about the customer. Like he really cares for real care, not the “give me the money,” but sincerely care. The attitude stems to his co-workers. I love my Mustang, it’s my baby, and I have finally a place to bring for service. Nearly every Ford dealership told me my front brakes were at 2mm and that I needed brakes. I came to Chapman Ford, they told me my front brakes were at 6mm and my left rear brakes were at 1 mm and my rear right were at 2 mm. And they were. The complete opposite of what the fake dealership were telling. BRING YOUR FORD TO CHAPMAN FORD FOR SERVICE TALK TO WILLIS. HE WILL TELL YOU THE TRUTH. AND AS RED-BLOODED AMERICANS, WE WANT THE TRUTH."
