"Excellent jewelry story to purchase from or take repairs to. A lot of this has to do with the employees. The employees are great to work with and very professional. I took a diamond pendant there in November to see if I could get it appraised for insurance purposes. There was an appraiser coming in December, but I was going to be out of town. Josh mentioned to me that the next time the appraiser would be back would be in March of 2024. I told him I would follow up early in 2024. While there, I ordered a new chain for the diamond pendant with a larger lobster claw and ring fastener. The service was amazing and I received a text when the chain was ready for pick up. Today, I received a text from Josh reminding me about the appraiser returning in March. Now that's customer service! I never would have thought a jewelry store would have remembered my November 2023 conversation and followed up to see if I still wanted to have the pendant appriased. I quickly made the appointment with Josh over the phone. This is customer service at its finest. I thought this type of service was gone in today's world, but It does exist and can be found at Helzberg Diamonds."

Don't remember how much Helzberg wanted to fix them and make them smaller just that I found out Kay jewelers changed about half of what Helzberg wanted.
