"Heard people outside store complain about an employees language. I thought maybe they were too sensitive. Then had links taken out of my watch here. The entire time I waited, I had to listen to some guy with shaggy brown hair swearing. Every other word was f this, f that. I'm glad my son wasn't with me. I would terminate my employees if they spoke like that in front of all my clients. Watch is great though! So 2 stars for that."

"Hi All, When I went there, he started acting extremely badly toward us. I had purchased five watches there and had noted that the engraving was functioning. He started behaving harsh when we asked for engraving. I told him I was leaving the country and wouldn't be able to return because they were gifts for my loved ones, and he started by telling me I couldn't do anything. The machine is good, it just takes him two minutes. I have no idea why he is behaving like that. When my friends asked for engraving, he didn't even speak to them politely. My friends almost bought 10 watches."
