"Horrific customer service. I called 12x while the phone just rung and rung while I walked around in 18 degree weather because the people in the store were too lazy to answer the phone to help a mother & 3 children find the store in the outlet. When someone finally answered the lady was condescending & said it rang “once” while she was “with a customer” even though there were more than one worker present and when we found the store (on our own) it was almost closing time and completely empty. Absolute jerks."

"Beware of the return/refund policy. They need the receipt for return, and the purchase needs not exceed 30 days. They don't accept the card that you used for the purchase."

"3/27/21...This was the first store we stopped at when we got to the mall. There was a great clearance sale on calendars, but we didn't need any. There was a sale section in the back of the store where I found 2 games (for adults) & my son also found 2 games/toys. These were a great deal! We overheard other customers talk about how a lot of the (regular priced) items could be found cheaper at Target & they were right but we still enjoyed the experience. Also, the cashier was really nice. I'm sure those that like to buy holiday gifts super early would find some great bargains if they had extra money, time & patience to go through everything."
