"Lol I was going to go tomorrow but it seems they have a long history of bad customer service and low-ball offers not going to waste my time if I were you I'd sell the store already cuz you're obviously not going to sell any of the stuff there and if you do it would be someone out of their mind no one's paying your outrageous prices"

"Went in with a glock43 trying to upgrade to a CZ 9mm 1911. Got an extremely lowball offer that was insulting but I thought maybe a trade plus some $$$ might work. I was very nice throughout the entire encounter so when the guy says “if you don’t like it you can start your own shop to buy and sell” I was completely done. They obviously need to learn something about customer service because the place was completely empty and now I know why. I couldn’t have been more polite the entire time but those words from the guy just went through me. I will never go back there and if asked about them I’ll never recommend doing business there. They are completely unprofessional and rude not worthy of any business except the trash selling them questionable items."

"Terrible waste of a trip. Operating hours are not legitimate. They have a giant building but are STILL ON COVID restrictions not allowing people in the store LOL .So Woke they wonder why they can't sell the items in the store. Open the doors"
