"-Set appointment with Mark with my BFF for matching tattoos. -Show up for appointment, whole shop closed. No one contacted us. Plus we couldn’t get ahold of Mark. -Eventually get rescheduled. -We show up. BFF and I wanted “EST. 1996”. -Mark not interested in type of font we want. Makes his own. -“E” in Est.loop is too big making it look like “East”. -First go, both of ours healed pretty awful. Blotchy and missing a lot of ink. -Getting scheduled for touch up was a hassle. Someone with same first name no called no showed, and they thought it was me and accused me. -Touch up fixed the missing ink. Did not fix the E loop. -BFF couldn’t successfully get ahold of Mark for touch up. Would call, no answer and no callback. Would stop by during open hours, but it’d be a closed ghost town. -She’s getting hers covered up. Thanks for messing up something meaningful to our friendship."
"Awesome first contact, Logan had great customer service Shop is clean, people are nice Update: Logan is super thorough. Double and triple checks his work I like that I'm greeted when I walk in the door, by everyone, it seems like a small gesture but this is what really makes you want to send more and more people there. Every artist there has been kind to me. Also, it is a one-stop shop if you want to get piercing done too!!"

"I had Mindy do one last time. This time Chris did my art. Great personality, cared about how I was doing and listened to me talk and talk. I was the only women in there that day them men had to be thinking I wish she shut up. I do that when I am getting tatted. Chris and Mindy both are amazing, but everyone seems to be amazing artist. They are top notch artist and wonderful people. I am super pleased with my art!"
