"Their service goes beyond just selling you a vehicle. I recently came there in a panic because my passenger door would not close. I came on a Saturday, only to realize that the repair department is not open on Saturday. The manager Zach, came outside to ask me what was wrong. I never stepped foot into the show room. He greeted me at my car with a smile and kind words. It was a simple fix with a screw driver to fix the issue but Zach was willing to do that. His act of kindness shows that he really does value his customers safety and he goes above and beyond a sales persons/ manager’s job to make sure that happens. Thanks for saving the day Zach."

"I had a wonderful experience with my salesman Khory and the sales manager, Zach! Khory was thorough, very professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there, couldn't have asked for a better experience! Zach made sure to keep constant communication with me so I wasn't in the dark at any step in the process. Dealerships have such a bad rep for making people feel taken advantage of and it was quite the opposite here at Braden! Thank you Khory and Zach again for helping me and I'll be sure to be back!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! Tuesday (12-19) I found a Ford pick up truck online that finally fit my needs according to the website. This dealership is about 1.5 hours from me. So I inquired about the vehicle Tuesday morning making sure that it was there before I drove up to look at it. They assured me it was still available and set up an appointment with me for 12:30, and also told me that it would be ready to come look at, and to Find Elizabeth when I arrived. So upon arriving at the dealership, I was expecting the vehicle to be parked up front. NOPE. The truck was way back in the lot behind the building with a used tire propped up on it (sketchy). So after I finally found the truck after driving around the lot of used and new cars literally parked anywhere and everywhere, I decided to go in. I found Elizabeth and she proceeded to talk to me for awhile and get my information. Then she went to look for the keys to the truck and pull it around.....after over 30 minutes of sitting there waiting on this truck to be pulled up for me to drive, it finally appeared. She came inside and said she had some other customers to work with and gave me the keys. So I get in the truck (which smelled like an ashtray). The trucks fuel light on --completely on empty. Great! So I drove it just a short drive, when I noticed the severe shaking above 40mph. I parked it in a close business parking lot to check out the features (sales person did not go over ANY features) then I realized the touch screen was not operable (SERIOUSLY?). So I was beyond frustrated at this point and drove it back to the dealership and parked it. I never did get to hear it start up so I decided to turn it off and start it again. Went to turn the key and NOTHING. Completely dead. Unbelievable. So I go back in the dealership and tell them. They come out and test some things. Saleswoman told me it was just because someone had left the lights on (sketchy again). So they jumped it and got it to turn on and the screen still didn't work. The saleswoman assured me that it was just the battery (WRONG). While standing there a guy from service walked up and said yeah this needs to go back to the shop the whole info system is shot. WHAT?!? Upon expressing my disappointment she then offers to show me other vehicles on the lot and says "do you really need a 5.0" Excuse me? I said absolutely not. I drove 3 hours both ways to look at this particular truck because it was everything I wanted/needed, if I wanted to look at another truck I would have called about it. Come to find out you can't even get it started, and the computer system is shot?! No thank you, I will never do business with this dealership. Totally unacceptable. Also, come to find out while I was waiting over 30 min to test drive it...... They were jumping it. Totally blows my mind that you set up an appointment to look at a vehicle and they can't even take the time to make sure it STARTS??? Red flag, after red flag. Very deceitful, and dishonest company. TERRIBLE experience. I had everything prepared to drive that truck home with me, before I left me house. They lost a sale and client! I will be taking my business elsewhere"
