"I drove 240 miles bypassing a few other dealers on my way from Erie PA to Wapakoneta after speaking with the service department Friday night. I have a 2020 Western Star 5700xe that just had a head gasket done a few months back and I was all of a sudden leaking coolant from multiple places. I brought it here Saturday morning planning for the worst. They replaced a couple of failed lines with the upgraded metal lines and got me on my way. I can honestly say it’s been a long while that I’ve been made to feel good about owning a Western Star. This shop is a smaller shop but they took care of me like I was a local or something. That’s a great feeling when you’re out on the road. Thank you for the service!"

"I just wanted to take the time and thank your staff for taking care of our customer last night. He stopped in due to a low voltage issue. Your technician diagnosed it as a failed alternator, your shop was closing soon so your technician charged his batteries so he was able to make it back into Canada so we could change his alternator under warranty.
