"From start to finish, this was an easy and great experience! The Team at Arcadia was communicative and informative throughout the design phase of my custom designed lean-to greenhouse. My project was more complicated because I wanted it built on a second story balcony. Bree was great in accommodating my design changes as I learned more about the code requirements for my project. The materials were delivered in excellently packed condition. Mark, the installer, was super communicative and answered my and my contractor's questions so the supporting structure could fit his needs. He built the entire thing in a few days despite it being elevated 15 feet above the ground. Net, a great experience with everyone through the entire project!"

Once I decided to purchase my first greenhouse I spent many hours exploring the numerous offerings from low-cost modest "lightweight" structures up to robust and costly greenhouses. There was nothing missing- detailed costing and blueprints, assembly guidelines,specific information about what was required for the foundation, electrical,heating and water factors. Once I placed my order I was continually updated by Arcadia's friendly and knowledgeable staff - Bree,Linzie and especially Jeff. Once we received the delivery right on time we had friendly,prompt and accurate customer support from the moment we unpacked all of the perfectly identified components right through final assembly. The greenhouse is solid,waterproof,good looking and a joy to work in. Even now-5 months after delivery- the customer support and guidance remains as excellent from day 1. "My wife and I built one of the "hoop" greenhouses several years ago when our living room began to look like a small jungle and there was no room for the furniture due to the number of plants. The next step was a greenhouse addition. We researched multiple manufacturers of sunrooms and greenhouses, and attended the annual Spring Garden Show in Cleveland where we looked at and discussed an addition with Arcadia GlassHouse. They made the entire process easy! The greenhouse was one of the curved glass types often seen in restaurants or hotels. In the mid of winter, in two feet of snow, the staff put up our greenhouse, making the adjustments to our house needed. From the sales staff, to the installers, to the company owner, all were helpful, friendly beyond belief and made the entire event smooth and painless. We now have an absolutely beautiful living space with plants, and with the view of our wooded property, it is like living outdoors. The greenhouse itself is low to no-maintenance other than washing windows occasionally, the plants grow very well in it and we just go into it just to sit and look, it is such a wonderful addition. Yes, there were a few hick-ups during installation, but the entire company worked with us to make it seamless, taking all the potential grief away.
