"I ordered a bouquet for my husband online. When I was delivered on time and looked like the bouquet pictured online. He was delighted! The next day we noticed one of the sunflowers in the bouquet had already dried up. When we took it out we found the stem broken in two supported by floral wire and bandaged back together with floral tape covering the two broken parts of the stem. Petals on the roses are already starting to dry up. Not confident in the flowers will last. Based on this experience, I don't recommend J. D. Ballantine's."

"I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for the first time from here. She loved them. She said they were beautiful and very fragrant. The arrangement had flowers that will bloom later, so this will make the bouquet last longer to enjoy. I will definitely remember to do business here again. Thank you. 10/15 update: Bouquet still in full bloom (since 10/5). Had to remove only a few flowers but late bloomers are now on full display."

"The flowers arrived in the morning and the delivery man from Ballantine’s Flowers brought it in and placed it where I wanted which was great because it’s heavy. It’s was in a stoneware vase. As you can see the flowers are beautiful and I was especially happy to see all those snapdragons, one of my favorites. We were thrilled as it brightened our day."
