"Dropped order and days later it still has not shipped, the tracking number they gave me shows parcel waiting for pick up from carrier. I emailed company and they told me it's been shipped and it's in usps hands now and nothing they can do. About 10 min later I get a notification saying my package has been received by the carrier.. seems like they dropped the ball and dropped it off once I brought it to their notice. I called usps and they confirmed the date/time the package was picked up.. the company took my money, didn't send parts until I said something and lied about it. This company should not be in business."

"I normally don't write reviews but I should have read the ones they already have before ordering. Not only should this company not be in the mail order business, they shouldn't deal with the public. My order was supposedly shipped on 10/25 but got returned to their warehouse on 11/7. When I called they said the delivery company 'couldn't get proper security clearance' to deliver the package. I live in a normal neighborhood (not gated) and receive lots of packages with no issue. The lady I spoke to was as rude as you could get and likes to yell. Had no interest in helping and charge 20% restocking fee for a refund. Stick with reputable companies when you can."

"Ordered a part, their carrier delivered to the incorrect address, we ended up tracking it down after a week of searching door to door. When we notified the vendor, instead of apologizing or at least being professional, they were argumentative over a course of probable 6 emails. I would never purchase from them again."

"Bought a product online and didn't fit, so I decided to return it. However this company doesn't offer return shipping and it almost cost as much as the item that I purchased. Then I had to email them "due to them never picking up the phone" to find out where my refund is and once they finally decide to give me my refund back it was only 50% of what I purchased at. This place is a joke go somewhere else."

"Purchased a replacement LED high mount brake light for my LEER topper. For ordering on a Holiday weekend, it came to me faster than expected and works great and looks even better than my original. Here's a pic of how well it looks and working pretty good."
