"Received get well flowers from out of state - although they paid for a deluxe arrangement it looks like they delivered the standard since there were five over-bloomed pink roses and one rosebud. The arrangement was delivered when we were out and left on the porch next to the door with no wrapping or covering on the flowers of any kind, so thank heavens we were only gone for a few minutes! Really unimpressed with the fact there was a $20 delivery charge and flowers weren't covered at all! The person DID call our landline to tell us that he had delivered the flowers and put them "in the shade on the porch by the door" so "they should be fine"."
