"Do better. Teach your employees to be compassionate and respectful, especially if someone is sitting on the floor with their service animal having a disorder episode. The team leader in question should be demoted and retrained on social etiquette."

"Take my name I don’t care! Teach your managers better! How dare they treat somebody that way! And no by law they do not need any marking to show you that it’s a service dog and no they do not need to prove to you that it is!"

"Inform your staff on how to respond to people with a disability. The behavior of your staff was beyond repugnant, especially the obese woman with a greasy pony tail who interrogated a disabled woman about her service animal in response to an episode she experienced in response to her disorder. Your employee went on to further harass her even after she informed her of the disability AND laughed at her. Sickening"
